Description
Frances Russell has been an RMT since 1995 and has accumulated a great deal of experience working with a wide variety of health conditions and injuries. Frances has treated athletes from the National level to the weekend warrior. In addition, she has completed the credentialing for ART (Active Release Techniques) Upper Extremities, Spine and Lower Extremities. Frances' work focuses on therapeutic treatment based massage and ART for patients dealing with soft tissue sprains and strains, nerve entrapments, overuse injuries, postural inefficiencies and structural/functional imbalances.
