My style of treatment is a mix of deep pressure and relaxation. I integrate exercise, pain management, and mobility into my treatments, with a focus on restoring function and empowering patients to return to their daily activities. Driven by a passion for helping others manage chronic pain, I leverage my personal experience and extensive training to provide effective massage therapy. Recently awarded my diploma and registered with the College of Complementary Professionals of BC(CCHPBC), I bring a unique perspective informed by my prior experience as a Therapist Assistant at Okanagan College.
