Lauren has been an RMT for 7 years. Her treatments are mainly injury focused, whether it's trigger points, scar tissue, loss of range of motion, etc. Lauren will provide her clients with stretches and exercises to do at home to help maintain progress. She offers deep tissue, cupping, IASTM, prenatal, relaxation and TMJ treatments.
