Holly has been an RMT since 2019. She enjoys applying a therapeutic approach in her treatments to help find and treat problem areas. She uses a variety of massage techniques and provides home care such as, stretching and exercises to maintain and or resolve pain. Holly has experience in deep tissue, acute and chronic injuries, relaxation, prenatal and is certified in cupping.
