Sammy graduated from the Massage therapy program at Fleming College in 2022, after earning a BA in Human Kinetics from STFX University in Nova Scotia in 2020. She is committed to providing professional massage in a safe, comfortable and positive space. She can treat a variety of conditions, injuries, general maintenance and chronic pain. Throughout her treatments Sammy utilizes a large variety of techniques including Gentle (relaxation) massage, traditional Swedish massage, stretching, trigger point therapy and remedial exercise techniques to optimize your relaxation.
