Description
My journey to help people all started when I was enrolled in the Kinesiology program at York University, and then attending the renowned Massage Therapy school of Sutherland-Chan. I've gained many skills of multi-joint assessment, stretch therapy, and functional range conditioning, which help me provide the best suited program for your needs. I use a full-body analysis connecting each joint and its function through movement patterns to find out the root cause of your discomfort. My treatments consist of a mixture of deep tissue, fascial stretch, and prehab exercises.
