Marina uses a combination of techniques in her treatments with a focus on discovering the root of dysfunction as opposed to simply addressing the symptoms. Marina’s main areas of practice and approaches include (but are not limited to): therapeutic massage, hot stone therapy, combined bodywork, deep tissue, joint mobilization, myofascial release, prenatal massage, foot and hand reflexology, relaxation treatments, remedial exercise, shiatsu (basic), Swedish techniques, and trigger point therapy.
