Jean has over 21 years of massage therapy experience. She uses her experience in past running, triathlon, Ironman, race walking training and a diploma in personal training to develop runners, race walkers and triathletes of all levels to reach their potential through massaging, stretching and strengthening exercises. 

Jean prides herself in building relationships with her clients through trust, integrity and a genuine concern for their well being. She enjoys learning and is constantly enrolled in courses to better herself.
