Description
Phyllis graduated with a diploma in Massage and Esthetics in 1997 and continued education in Wellspring College from 2009-2010. She became an RMT in 2010. Phyllis has experience in Swedish massage, advanced massage (Trigger point releasing, friction, joint play, myofascial release, etc.), Thai massage and hot stone massage techniques. By using a variety of techniques she provides stress and pain reduction, injury prevention, deep tissue and relaxation massage. Phyllis continues to attend the education workshop to provide more professional and high quality services.
