Sports have had a major role in Danika’s life from university soccer, rock climbing, ice climbing, and running; thus, she believes taking care of the body that moves us through everyday life is important, no matter what stage. It can be frustrating when you feel like you can’t participate in those everyday activities which motivates her to help with short and long term goals. Danika graduated from Mount Royal University’s Massage Therapy program in June 2021.
