Being a sports enthusiast, Christopher quickly developed a passion for human anatomy and physiology. Competing in sports such as hockey and soccer motivated him to look for ways to enhance sports performance, reduce the risk of injury, and accelerate his rehab process when being hurt. As well as having a background in personal training from NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine), Christopher also attended Institut Kiné-Concept where he graduated in massage therapy in 2016 and sports massage therapy in 2017.
