Description
Sophie has a degree in Kinetic Swedish Massage MD and specializes in fascia therapy. She also practices deep tissue massage as well as cranial and neuromuscular therapy (trigger point). She is also trained in massage for pregnant women. Member of the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes (FQM) since 2013, she continues her training in order to learn more about pathologies of the musculoskeletal system and to have a global approach to health.
