I began my career as a journalist, taking a very close interest in people and social issues. I went on to work in community action and teaching French to new arrivals. For some years now, massage therapy has enabled me to listen to others and take care of them as best I can. It's the manual labor I've been dreaming of, as it allows me to be, once again, in a human relationship.
