Description
Dee is an registered massage therapist & her course of action towards massage therapy is to help alleviate pain, increase mobility and flexibility. Some of the techniques applied to achieve these goals, is through deep tissue, trigger point release, fascial release, joint mobilization and passive stretching. Dee also provides patient education through out treatment and prepares home remedial exercises to help you reach your healthy goal. As an additional skill, Dee incorporates instrument assisted soft tissue tools for the deeper-stuck, harder to reach areas.
