Jae uses a combination of both active and passive massage techniques including pin and stretch, myofascial and trigger point release to offer the best care to his clients. Jae continues to provide great home exercises utilizing his kinesiology experience. Jae speaks fluent Korean and enjoys an active lifestyle. He enjoys playing a variety of sports, such as golf and soccer in summer and snowboarding in winter.
