Whether you have a specific physical issue or are looking to positively impact your mental wellness, we will work together to create a treatment plan specific to your needs. My offering of therapeutic Massage draws from my skills in Swedish Massage Therapy, Reiki, Myofascial cupping, TMJD massage, Manual Lymphatic Facilitation, guided relaxation as well as deep or specific techniques. Thermotherapy is available (hydrocollator packs, paraffin treatments) to aid in reducing muscle tension as well as inducing relaxation.
