Ashley McDonald is a Registered Massage Therapist at Able Body Health Clinic; she graduated from the Lethbridge College Massage Therapy Program in 2022. Ashley is very excited to begin using her skills to help patients increase their physical and mental well being and help with the healing process of acute injuries and chronic pathologies. Ashley has skills in relaxation, deep tissue, therapeutic, trigger point therapy, prenatal, and sports massage. Ashley enjoys therapeutic and deep tissue massage. In her free time Ashley enjoys snowboarding and spoiling her cats.
