Noah holds a diploma in massage therapy from The International Academy of Massage Therapy in Ottawa. Noah uses hands-on techniques to reduce inflammation, reduce muscle tension, release scar tissues, increase range of motion and reduce stress. Outside of work, Noah loves to play video games, walk in nature, visit his family cottage and spend time with his friends and family. He also has an interest in music and cooking.
