Description
Jess graduated from Bryan College in 2015. She has been working as an RMT all over Toronto and Scarborough for the last decade. Jess strives for an inclusive practice, welcoming people of all body types, ethnicities and identities. Jess uses General Swedish Massage techniques to treat a variety of conditions, including both acute, chronic and overuse injuries, as well as stress related concerns. Although Jess enjoys treating all conditions, she especially enjoys providing pre and postnatal care to her clients. She loves creating a calming and relaxing environment for her clients to unwind in.

Our practitioners all do one-on-one treatments that may include manual therapy, rehab exercises, acupuncture, IFC, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and/or cupping.
