Description
Ryan is well-trained and specializes in deep tissue massage, swedish massage, sports massage, and fascial stretch therapy (FST). He provides orthopedic assessments and prescribing remedial exercise, such as stretches and strengthening exercises. Having learned about an array of conditions and musculoskeletal issues, Ryan is qualified to rehabilitate sports injuries, shoulder impingement, strains, lower back pain, postural concerns and prevent such issues before they occur in the first place as well.
