Description
Laura has been a member of the health and fitness industry for over 20 years. She graduated in 2004, receiving a Specialized Honors Degree in Kinesiology & Health Sciences. Laura has since been practicing as a Registered Kinesiologist, providing functional and dynamic rehabilitative exercise programs, focusing on core strength, posture, stability, balance, and general conditioning. In 2016 Laura returned to school and received her Diploma in Manual Osteopathic Practice. This gentle hands-on therapy has allowed Laura to offer further treatment, while helping to decrease pain
