Alex has experience with aquatherapy as well as dryland rehabilitation. She has worked with clients of all ages and injuries mainly sustained in motor vehicle or work accidents, in clinical and community settings. Working as a Kinesiologist, Alex specializes in Hydrotherapy and Fitness Programs, Return to Work Programs, Soft Tissue Release, Lifestyle Consulting/Personal Training, and Sport Specific Training. Summary
We are an experienced team of Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists, and Rehab Assistants that provide mobile, community-based Injury Rehabilitation Services across the lower mainland and Vancouver Island. We will travel to meet clients at their homes, community gyms or pools, or their worksites. We specialize in soft tissue and musculoskeletal injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and mental health disorders. We also coordinate the return to work process. Our goal is always to restore function and independence in daily activities, empowering clients to live their most productive lives.
