A.J. has been actively working in the health & fitness industry since January of 2011 and founded Stephen Fitness & Rehabilitation in May of 2016. Although he started working with individuals looking to get stronger and/or lose weight, he noticed individuals with special cases were drawn to his educational background, professionalism and calm demeanor. Noticing a need for that kind of niche service, he promotes his work with those who live with physical and/or cognitive impairment. A.J. has helped hundreds of satisfied clients, and their families.
