Description
When I started university, I quickly realized how the education system provides very little guidance on taking care of one's body. Filling this gap, my goal became to learn, understand, and simplify various aspects of health to assist as many people as possible in adopting healthy lifestyle habits despite the modern world we live in. My journey has led me to meet numerous experts in the fields of optimal aging, motivational interviewing, weight loss, and support for individuals undergoing cancer treatment through the Virage Foundation and CHUM.

Summary
Mouvement Essĕre Center was born with a goal: to take the human being as a whole and thus offer personalized service. It was imperative to distance itself from the trend of large therapy chains that focus solely on the painful area, repeating the same treatments session after session. The center gathers a team of Osteopaths, Massage Therapists, Kinesiologists, Pilates instructors, Reiki and Access Bars® energy healing practitioners, and a Meditation teacher.
