Description
Jane completed her Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo. She is registered with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario a member of the Ontario Kinesiology Association and Canadian Kinesiology Alliance. Jane offers in-home and virtual, movement and therapeutic exercise programs to children and youth with developmental, physical and intellectual disabilities. As well as programs for adults living with chronic health conditions, including Stroke, Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, Fibromyalgia, Acquired Brain Injury, Osteoporosis and Osteoarthiritis.

Jane is a Registered Kinesiologist and founder of a Kinesiology practice offering client-centered, in-home and virtual therapeutic exercise and movement programs to children, youth and older adults living with chronic illness and disability. Jane has a passion for helping individuals of all ages reach their health, mobility goals and potential. My mission is to encourage movement, health and lifestyle change for individuals living with chronic health conditions or disability and who may be hesitant of exercise. The focus is on ABILITY empowering potential and lifestyle change.
