Shannon is a Registered Kinesiologist who earned her Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Physical Education from Wilfrid Laurier University. Upon graduating, she quickly realized her passion for enhancing the quality of life for others through exercise and movement. With experience in geriatrics, Shannon emphasizes care that is both evidence-based and centered on the client’s needs. Originally hailing from Owen Sound, she now lives in Guelph with her husband and two children while enjoying her work in the charming town of Arthur.
