Welcome to my profile page! Experiencing my own difficulties physically creates an understanding and motivation to assist others overcome pain and injury. A good sense of humour and practical sensibility keeps us on track, motivated and enjoying the process. My goal is to employ my unique combination of education and experience, problem solving skills and practicality in both rehabilitation and ergonomics to minimize or eliminate your pain and to assist you in reaching your goals. Then hopefully I’ll see you out on the beautiful trails, lakes and mountains this province has to offer.
