Description

Tina Andres graduated from the University of Guelph with an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Human Kinetics, and a minor in Nutritional and Nutraceutical Sciences. She is a registered kinesiologist with the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario. She then earned her Diploma in Osteopathy from the Canadian College of Osteopathy in Toronto, and is an active member of the Ontario Association of Osteopathic Manual Practitioners. Tina has taken additional osteopathic courses for the treatment of migraines and headaches, and is well-versed in migraines after completing her thesis on the topic.

Summary

Located on the Hamilton mountain for over fifteen years, our centre offers Osteopathy, Athletic Therapy, Kinesiology, 
​Massage Therapy, Acupuncture and Reiki treatments. Also small classes of yoga, pilates, ELDOA and meditation.
