Jake believes in building the confidence of his clients through education and progressive movement. Prior to starting with Fix, Jake received his NSCA-CPT personal training designation and through this work as a strength coach, developed a keen interest and excellence in helping clients rehabilitate from injury, particularly those pertaining to the shoulder and spine.
