Aila Agustin is a registered Kinesiologist with over 15 years’ experience with CBI Health. She has an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University. She is a certified Kinesio-taping Practitioner, certified in Soft Tissue Release and has substantial post grad training to stay current on exercise trends and latest research in injury prevention and rehabilitation, with advanced training in pilates and yoga. Aila believes in providing a holistic approach to health and is committed to helping her patients achieve their optimum recovery.
