Lindsay O’Hara grew up playing a variety of sports, including Ringette, which she represented British Columbia in the Canada Winter Games. Having an athletic background helped Lindsay achieve a Bachelor degree in Kinesiology from the University of the Fraser Valley. As a certified Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer, Lindsay has helped assist clients of all ages and all fitness levels to achieve their wellness goals. This includes weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, rehabilitation, or sport specific training.

Summary

Since opening our doors on September 2, 2014, we have had the pleasure of helping thousands of patients from the Chilliwack and surrounding area. We provide treatment for musculoskeletal pain, sports injuries, MVA & workplace injuries, women’s pelvic health, concussion management & vestibular rehab- just to name a few.
