Sara graduated from Lakehead University with an Honours Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Kinesiology. She is a Registered Kinesiologist with a special interest in the exercise management of chronic diseases. She was a varsity volleyball athlete and has a strong sports background with experience in strength training for athlete development. Sara has a deep appreciation for the benefits of physical activity on the health and longevity of all individuals regardless of health status.
