She has experience working with a variety of muscular-skeletal injuries and neurological conditions, and strives to maximize her client’s movement and function to get them back to doing the things they love! Her previous work as a Registered Kinesiologist has provided her with years of experience in exercise prescription that she incorporates regularly with her clients. Her volunteer work with Parkinson’s Canada designing and delivering a weekly exercise program has given her a unique lens into treating those living with the disease. Lauren also has training in neurological conditions.
