Caroline is a kinesiologist with a passion for exercise and sport, and a particular love of soccer, which she has played all her life. With a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from McGill University and accreditation from the Fédération des kinésiologues du Québec, she is dedicated to helping people integrate physical activity into their daily lives. As a soccer coach for the past 4 years, Caroline knows how to motivate, guide and accompany her clients towards better physical and mental health, while making the experience fun and engaging.
