Samuel is also an athlete through his regular training in strength and muscle mass that leads him to excel on a daily basis. He also had the chance to run the Montreal Marathon in 2013 and participate in several obstacle races. In his spare time, Samuel likes to escape in nature and participate in outdoor sports. Finally, he has a rewarding experience as a personal trainer who makes him an excellent asset in helping his patients to change their lifestyle habits throughout their physical rehabilitation. Samuel will have completed an extensive training on the biomechanical analysis.
