Born and raised in Halifax, Dr. Mike was drawn to the science and craftsmanship of dentistry from a young age. He is a strong proponent of taking preventative measures to achieve optimal oral health in order to provide the best dental care he can to his patients. 

Mike studied at McGill University where he got his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. He then received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2012 from the Dalhousie dental school. Furthermore, he is committed to enhancing his dental skills and expertise through continuing education courses. His keen interests include dental implantology, endodontics, prosthodontics and Invisalign®. Mike is the new owner of Sackville Dental Centre and known for his great chairside manner with his patients, who adore him.
