Dr. Harkiran Sandhu began her dental career in 2006 when she graduated with degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from India . She associated in a private practice for two years and volunteered at various rural dental camps before migrating to Canada in 2010.

She continued her dental education in Canada and graduated with honours from University of Toronto in June 2014 with degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) and certificate in minimal sedation.
Following graduation, Dr. Sandhu practiced in the areas surrounding the capital city of Ottawa, Ontario, for two years. During this period she provided comprehensive general dentistry and oral moderate sedation. In 2016, she moved to Calgary with her family.
