Description

Dr. Dora Flores was born in Managua, Nicaragua. She moved with her family to Ottawa when she was eight years old, but returned to Nicaragua after finishing high school. She went on to get her dental degree, and after graduating in 2002, she worked for one year as a DDS in Nicaragua. After that year, she decided to return to Ottawa where she worked as a dental assistant for 3 years. When she was accepted into the highly competitive International Dentist Degree Program at the University of Manitoba, she made the move out to Winnipeg.
