Tushar Mahendra

Description

I graduated from Dental School at Pune University India in 2000 and went on to do a rigorous one year general residency. After practicing for a year, I taught at a dental school in Lucknow, India. 

I moved to Canada in 2002, cleared the eligibility exam, and from a pool of 1,500 foreign trained dentists, was selected into Dalhousie University and University of Toronto to join the re-certification program. In 2005 I completed the intensive two year program with Honors from University of Toronto. 

Afterwards I worked as an associate in Cobourg and Port Perry before practising at Saginaw Dental Centre with my wife, Dr. Meetu Mahendra.
