Kim Lee Beaucage

Description

Born and raised in Kitchener-Waterloo, Dr Kim Beaucage completed her Honors Bachelor of Science with a Minor in Biology undergraduate degree at the University of Waterloo. She went on to pursue graduate studies at Western University, completing a PhD in Physiology Specializing in Musculoskeletal Health Research specifically focused diseases of bone and metabolism. Her work has been recognized with numerous scholarships and awards, has contributed to funding of research grants from the Canadian Institutes of Health Research and The Arthritis Society, and has been published in top-tier peer-reviewed scientific journals within her field. Most recently, she was awarded the Quintessence Research Award of Distinction and the Quintessence Award in Restorative Dentistry from Western University.
