Melvin Mao

Description

Dr. Mao earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery, DDS graduating with distinction from Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, University of Western Ontario. 
During his time at dental school, he was awarded the Dr. George Bedrosian Memorial Award in Restorative Dentistry and inducted into the Deans Honor List. 
Prior to dental school, he obtained his Diploma in Dental Technology from Holmesglen Institute of TAFE, Melbourne, Australia, and his Bachelor of Dental Surgery from Saveetha Dental College & Hospitals, India. 
An active member of the Ontario Dental Association, Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, Ontario Academy of General Dentistry, and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. 
Dual licensure to practice dentistry in Canada, India, and Australia.
