Dr. Rebecca Phillips was raised in Oil City before completing her undergraduate Masters degrees at the University of Western Ontario. She received her Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of Toronto in 2018. Dr. Phillips has focused her practice towards children and sedation dentistry. Emergency Care - Available.
