Dr. Wes Carlson loves getting to know his patients. He wants to learn about their lives. Meeting people from diverse backgrounds and professions enriches Dr. Carlson's life. He finds that he learns from each patient and treasures his conversations with them.

Dr. Carlson started his working life as an engineer. After several years in the field, he discovered that spending his days in front of a computer wasn't fulfilling. Instead, he wanted regular interaction with people and to directly help others.
