Description
Dr. Florentino Afonso grew up in the Toronto area and graduated with high distinction from UofT in 1984, with an HBSc in microbiology and immunology. He continued at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Dentistry and obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery in 1988, graduating with high distinction and as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Tau Tau Chapter National Dental Honour Society. He currently teaches at the University of Toronto's Faculty of Dentistry on a part-time basis as a clinical instructor. He is a graduate of Temple University and Misch International Implant Institute of Canada.
