Description

Dr. Candace Athaide received the prestigious Bachelor of Health Sciences Honours degree at McMaster University. She then went on to obtain her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the Schulich School of Medicine & Dentistry, at Western University, with honours. Passionate about lifelong learning, she continues to expand her skillset through continuing education courses. 


Dr. Athaide believes oral health plays an integral role in maintaining overall health, which shows up in her interactions with patients. Her passion for dentistry extends beyond practicing in her local community, and as such, she has provided dental care to underserved communities in Guatemala and Jamaica through outreach missions.
