Kincaid Chan

Description

Dr. Chan once aspired to become a large animal Veterinarian Doctor. He pursued and obtained a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Zoology from the University of Calgary. However, a near asthma attach at the horse races one summer ended his veterinarian pursuits. He then moved to Halifax where he would obtain his Masters in Science in Ecology & Evolution from Dalhousie University. His plan was to become a tenured professor in evolutionary ecology, until he realized an average of 100 post doctoral applicants apply each academic job per year, he scrapped that dream. It was then that he decided to pursue dentistry and eventually obtained his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Toronto.
