Description
Elizabeth graduated in 2001 with a Bachelors of Dental Surgery Degree, from the University of Malta with Excellence in Restorative Dentistry. Elizabeth continued further education with the University of Western Ontario. In 2005 she was awarded the Dr. Kenneth F. Pownall award for the highest academic standing in the final year, and a Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree. Dr. Vella won 1st prize for the article "The Role of Molecular Biology in Developing a Tooth for Clinical Use" published in the Ontario Dental Students Journal 2005. Dr. Vella loves clean teeth and warm smiles! She is avidly involved in continued dental education.
