As Director of Operations, Dr. Ladani brings over 20 years of clinical and leadership experience, driven by a strong commitment to providing accessible, high-quality dental care in a comfortable, patient-focused environment. Dr. Ladani completed both his Bachelor of Science in Human Physiology and his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) at McGill University. His strong academic and extensive clinical background enables him to lead teams delivering comprehensive dental care. Under his guidance, both 7Dental and SmileOn Dental have grown into trusted, full-service practices known for their compassionate care, advanced technology, and patient-first approach.
