Description

It is an honour for me to work with people as they seek healing and strength. I want people to feel truly welcomed in counselling sessions. I meet with people who have a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, trauma symptoms (acute stress, ongoing traumatic situations, and PTSD), self-esteem difficulties, recovery from abuse, parenting, and identity and meaning seeking.
