My name is Laurel York, and I’m a Registered Psychologist in private practice in Calgary, Alberta. I'm a former teacher with a passion for supporting helping professionals (especially teachers & health care workers), neurodivergent individuals (autistic & ADHD), parents, and youth and young adults. I specialize in providing counselling to address life transitions, work and school stress, relationship issues, burnout, anxiety, depression, grief, moral injury, and trauma. I am also trained in EMDR, a non-talk therapy that can be helpful for processing traumatic and strong emotions.
